1. Acceptance of Terms

The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vvjili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3. Account Responsibilities

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vvjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vvjili reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. vvjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. vvjili aims to process most withdrawal requests within six (6) hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically the fastest.

vvjili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on vvjili are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). vvjili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms
